Yes, you can also have a different price for international delegations different than your regular prices.
Do you offer a white-label solution?
Yes, all pages have your event’s logo or your brand. You also can customize your e-mail messages.
How many currencies do you convert?
Connection55 supports processing charges in 135+ currencies allowing you to present tickets in our page in a customer’s native currency. Doing so can improve sales and help customers avoid conversion costs.Your account will always have EUROS, and we’ll automatically convert the payments to this default settlement currency before transferring the funds.
How much does it cost to transfer the funds to my account?
Depends on which country do you wish to receive your funds. Usually international wire transfers has cost per payout. We provide much lower currency exchange rates than commercial banks, often saving organizers thousands of dollars in currency conversion. Contact us for our exchange rates.
Are there fees for refunds?
Absolutely not! When you need to refund a customer, you pay no fees and we return all transaction and credit card fees.
When I’m going to receive my funds?
Deposits (payouts) are available on your account weekly. To receive funds for payments we’ve processed for you, Connection55 will send your available account balance into your bank account through international wire transfers.
